Who would be the audience for your media product?

There are many types of thrillers, and many or them have the certificate 15. However pyschological thillers usually have the certificate 18, chloe and I wouldnt necessarly call our thriller a pyschological thiller so ours is aimed at 15 year olds and above.
We have generally aimed our thiller at teenagers and young adults as when we did our questionnaire the reponses we go back were that younger people prefered thrillers whereas older people didn't like them. As out characters are young this helps the audience to relate to them.

In a survey done by BFI in 2011 we can see that only 62% of males and 55% of women like thrillers, it is also more popular in minority ethnic groups than in the white population. But overall 59% of the population likes thrillers.
